Our friendly team will bring you to the store for your equipment fitting, then either return you to your accommodation with your gear or drop you at the resort so you can head straight to the slopes.

Arriving by train? We'll collect you and your luggage, bring you to the store for your fitting, then drop you and your equipment at your accommodation so you can settle in before hitting the slopes.

Tips for a Faster Pickup

During busy periods, we recommend calling us when you board the final leg of your journey. This helps us schedule your pickup and minimise your wait time.

Please contact us directly rather than asking your accommodation provider to call on your behalf, and be ready outside your pickup location so our drivers can find you quickly.

Equipment Collection at the End of Your Stay

When it's time to head home, there's no need to carry your equipment back to the store. We'll collect your rental gear directly from your accommodation, making the end of your holiday just as easy as the beginning.

• If you've pre-booked online, your booking confirmation will include the Guest Shuttle contact number.
• The Guest Shuttle is available for equipment fittings, pickups and end-of-hire collections.
• Guest Shuttle services are not available for equipment exchanges.
